If I create a new email account, is there some way that I can replace my old one, without starting over?

I only want to change my email address name, but to do that I have to create a new account. Could I just transfer my old addresses and emails to the new account?

Extra Mail Address

Sometimes one email address isn't enough. Need an extra one for work, school, or family? Yahoo! Mail lets you create one extra email address for free. Use it exactly like your primary address, and get messages sent to both addresses delivered to one Inbox. Remember though, you can only get one extra mail address for your account.

Why create an extra Mail address?

Well, first of all -- because it's free. Considering how hard it is to find free stuff anymore, you might want to jump on the offer for that reason alone. But more importantly, with your hectic and complicated life, it's highly-possible that one email address simply isn't enough. You may find yourself in dire need of an extra one just for work? Or maybe one for the family? Perhaps one for school? When you do need it, Yahoo! Mail lets you create one extra email address free. Use it exactly as you would your primary address. You can even have messages to both addresses delivered to one Inbox. Remember though, to keep greedy people from taking advantage of our hospitality, only one extra email address per account.
