I just opened a new email account. and I got an email in Chinese from unknown sender? Why?

I opened a new hotmail account today. I signed into it a few minutes ago to add contacts, and I got a weird email in Chinese. I can't read Chinese.

This is the title of the email: 杨倩想跟你秘密联系!

says it's from: 杨倩

I'm afraid to open the email. What could it mean and how did this sender know my email address when I just opened the account?

Its a spammer, do not open it, theyre just testing to see if the email account is good %26amp; once you open the email they will know, which will keep the spam flowing in! Just report it as spam %26amp; delete it.
Reply:Who gave me thumbs down?? Ah well, Sylar.. thanks for best answer %26amp; may you %26amp; your new account have nothng but spam free days ahead! : ) Report Abuse

Reply:It's called SPAM. I get SPAM in accounts that have never been used. They do it by using a dictionary attack.
Reply:Delete it?
Reply:yeah this is spam.

See that guy above - Johnny M? He's a spammer himself
Reply:Spam.

Isn't it amazing how fast they find you?
